SHIPPING COSTS

Continental U.S.: Beams America offers free shipping* on orders over $250 USD (before shipping and taxes) within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & U.S. Territories). For orders under $250 USD, standard shipping and handling rates apply.

Non-Continental U.S.: You will be responsible for the total cost of shipping and handling to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Territories.

International: We currently only ship to countries within North America and South America for international e-commerce orders. You will be responsible for the total cost of shipping and handling for international (non-U.S.) orders. All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and these costs will be included in your final purchase price. You will not need to pay additional customs charges on arrival of your package.

*Please note:

  • Certain items, such as fragile, oversized or heavy products, are not eligible for free shipping. You will be responsible for the total cost of shipping and handling for these items. Items not eligible for free shipping will be marked on the product detail page as not eligible for free shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipping options and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Customer orders are dispatched via our third-party logistics provider Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST.

Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be processed on the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. Federal Holidays are not considered “business days”.

Expedited and Rush Shipping are not available:

  • To Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Territories or other international destinations. Please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.
  • To APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes. Orders to these destinations will be shipped via USPS Ground.

OPTIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION

During checkout, you may have the option to purchase optional shipping protection for an additional fee. If selected, shipping protection is provided and administered by our designated third-party shipping protection provider (“Shipping Protection Provider”) and may provide coverage for certain lost, stolen or damaged shipments, subject to the terms, conditions, policies, limitations and claim procedures established by Shipping Protection Provider (which are made available to you during the checkout process).

Shipping protection is optional and does not constitute insurance offered by Beams America unless expressly stated otherwise. The availability or purchase of shipping or order protection does not alter the transfer of risk of loss to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier, as described in our Terms of Sale.

Any shipping or order protection purchased will be governed by Shipping Protection Provider’s applicable terms, conditions, and policies. By electing to purchase such protection during checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you will comply with those additional terms and policies.

Beams America does not administer shipping or order protection claims and is not responsible for evaluating, approving, or resolving such claims. All claims for lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise missing shipments must be submitted directly to Shipping Protection Provider in accordance with the Shipping Protection Provider’s claim procedures, timeframes, and eligibility requirements. Failure to follow the applicable claim procedures may result in denial of the claim.

If a carrier’s tracking information indicates that a shipment has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, such delivery confirmation may be used by Beams America and/or Shipping Protection Provider as evidence of delivery. Any claims relating to shipments that are lost, stolen after delivery, damaged in transit, or otherwise not received must be submitted through Shipping Protection Provider’s claim process.

Customers must follow Shipping Protection Provider’s procedures and timelines to be eligible for coverage. Beams America reserves the right to deny replacement or refund requests submitted directly to Beams America for orders that included shipping or order protection where the customer has not first submitted a claim through Shipping Protection Provider.
