If you are located in the United States, or U.S. Territories, and you are unsatisfied with any Product(s) purchased from Beams America, please follow the steps in this Return Policy for returning your Product(s) for a refund. Beams America does not accept returns for international orders. Please note that Final Sale Products, shipping and handling charges, and certain duties and Taxes paid are not refundable. Beams America reserves the right to deny any returns, in its sole discretion, in circumstances involving excessive returns, violation of the Terms of Service or Terms of Sale, suspected fraud, or other impermissible activity.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must:
- Have purchased your Product(s) directly from Beams America
- Initiate a request for Return Authorization within 14 days of your order delivery date through the Beams America Returns Portal.
- Pre-pay for return shipping and handling costs, and applicable restocking fees, within the Returns Portal and generate your return label.
- Return by mail the unworn, undamaged, and unwashed Product(s) in original packaging with all original tags attached within 14 days of your receipt of your return confirmation email/number.
- Include your return authorization with your packaged return.
If you choose not to use the Beams America pre-paid return shipping label, and instead select a carrier of your choosing, you are solely responsible for the Product(s) until Beams America confirms receipt of the Product(s) to you, and you will bear any risk of loss and damage. Where you choose your own carrier Beams America shall have no liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged Product(s) prior to confirmation of receipt by Beams America.
After receipt of your return by Beams America, we will provide email confirmation to you. Returns are generally inspected and processed within 2 to 3 business days after arrival at our facility ("Return Processing Period"); however, processing time may be longer during peak periods.
Upon approval of your return, we will issue a refund of the purchase price paid for the returned Product(s) to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order, subject to any reductions or exceptions as set forth in this Returns Policy.
- For refunds issued to the original payment method: please allow 5 to 10 business days following the Return Processing Period for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
If you received a discount for purchasing multiple Products, a promotional item, or free item, Beams America may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item, or free item from any refund or credit you receive if you do not return all Product(s) purchased.
If your return fails to meet any of the conditions of this Return Policy, Beams America may, in our sole discretion, refuse to accept it and return the Product(s) to you, and retain the pre-paid restocking fee.
Returns, Shipping & Restocking Fees
You are fully responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with your return of any domestic or international orders. Any duties and Taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable
All returns will incur a $5 USD restocking fee, which will be pre-paid along with the return shipping costs.
Final Sale Products
Items designated as “Final Sale” items will be marked on the product detail page and at checkout as “Final Sale” and are ineligible for return or exchange. Please review the product listing and your cart carefully to determine whether your order includes any “Final Sale” items.
“Final Sale” items will include the following categories:
- Underwear / undergarments
- Home décor
- Tableware
- Art pieces
- Furniture (including small chairs)
- Socks
- Jewelry
Damaged/Defective Items
If you believe a Product(s) that you purchased arrived damaged or defective, or you have received the wrong Product(s), please contact us at customerservice@beams-america.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.
We reserve the right to deny returns, in our sole discretion, for certain Product(s) that are damaged during shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be made for a different size or color of the original Product(s) ordered, subject to Product availability. If you would like to exchange your Product(s) for a different size or color, please exchange your item as set forth above.
