About the Artist: dugudagii
Born in Tokyo in 1977, dugudagii began his self-taught artistic journey in 2000. He is currently an artist primarily known for unique three-dimensional works utilizing resin. His distinctive method involves encapsulating materials and images, symbolic of his background and preferences, within transparent acrylic resin, thereby preserving their original context. In addition to solo exhibitions at GALLERY TARGET and Ginza Tsutaya Books, he has also held a duo exhibition with hi-dutch. He has gained significant attention for his prominent presence, transcending the boundaries between art and product.
