Edo Komon is a traditional Japanese dyeing technique with roots in the Muromachi period. From a distance, it appears as a solid color, but upon closer inspection, a beautiful, tiny pattern becomes visible. It is meticulously dyed using techniques and sensibilities cultivated over a long tradition.
