• After washing, dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Proper care will form a protective oxide layer and reduce any metallic odor.
• Avoid leaving unwashed or soaking in food for long periods, as this may cause darkening or verdigris.
• To remove darkening or verdigris, polish with a mixture of vinegar and water or an abrasive detergent. For stubborn stains, soak overnight in diluted vinegar before polishing.
