• With regular use, the surface will oxidize, enhancing its unique texture.
• After washing, dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Proper care forms a protective oxide layer and reduces metallic odor.
• Do not leave unwashed or in contact with food for long periods, as this may cause darkening or verdigris.
• To remove darkening or verdigris, polish with a mixture of vinegar and water or an abrasive detergent. For stubborn stains, soak overnight in diluted vinegar before polishing.
