• Fabric recreated by analyzing 1940s vintage denim.
• Warp threads intentionally blended with leaf residue to reproduce natural neps from old spinning and weaving methods.
• With wear, the fabric develops small dotted marks and a loom-rubbed texture.
• Rope-dyed using 100% pure indigo for a bluish, period-correct tone.
• Fabric is washed before sewing to stabilize shrinkage and achieve a soft-yet-sturdy selvedge texture reminiscent of raw denim.
