Toshikazu Nosaka
Head of the Toshikazu Nosaka Art Institute, Nosaka was born in Tokyo and spent his youth immersed in model building, object creation, painting and skateboarding, later becoming a professional skateboarder. He now works as a painter, tattoo artist and skateboarder, presenting work in solo and group exhibitions. He also collaborates with brands in Japan and abroad, particularly creating illustrations for skateboard decks. Deeply influenced by Japanese masters from the Edo to Meiji periods, he has dedicated his life to studying and carrying forward the spirit and techniques of Kawanabe Kyosai.
